Old Coulsdon Medical Practice Receptionists are joint top with Farley Road Practice for their Helpfulness to Patients

GP Patient Survey has revealed how the helpfulness of receptionists at doctor’s surgeries in Croydon was rated in 2023.

Of 36 GP surgeries in Croydon the two top surgeries are Old Coulsdon Medical Practice and Farley Road Surgery with 98%.

 

Protect Your Child From Measles (MMR vaccination)

Measles is a serious disease and can lead to hospitalisation.  Protect your child and make an appointment for the MMR Vaccination.

If you are worried and have concerns, speak with your G.P.

 

NHS patients could get a reimbursement of the ULEZ and/or Congestion Daily Charge

If you are clinically assessed as too ill to travel to an NHS appointment on public transport, you may be able to claim back any Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) daily charge and/congestion charge you have paid from your treating hospitals.

Flu Vaccinations

  • From the 1st September 2023 flu vaccinations for 2 – 3 yr olds, school-age (reception to year 11) and children in clinical risk groups;
  • From 2nd October 2023 – flu and Covid-19 vaccination of care home residents and care home staff.
  • From October 7th 2023 – flu and Covid-19 vaccination of all other eligible cohorts
  • Frontline health and social care workers,
  • people aged 12 to 64 who are carers or household contacts of people with immunosuppression,
  • and all adults aged 65 and over.

Patients will be invited to have their flu vaccination.

We have had a few new staff and changes in the trainees.

NHS App

The NHS App allows patients to book appointments on line between 7:00am and 8:00am. From 8:00am patients are required to telephone the surgery.

You can view your GP health record – Allergies and adverse reactions, Medicines, Immunisations, Health conditions, Test results, Consultations and Events, Documents.
