New Telephone System
We are delighted to announce an upgrade from our existing telephone system to Surgery Connect, an award-winning healthcare phone system built around the needs of general practice, used by over 2400 surgeries across the UK and serving 10 million patients.
We hope this will transform your experience when you contact the surgery with improved options, a more secure queue system and during busy times the option to hold your place in the queue by requesting a callback.
We launched this new system on Wednesday 10th April and are pleased to advise we are having a very good response from patients who have used this new service.
