Improving Access 2025 has been up and running for 3 months and both patient feedback and appointments data suggest that the changes have improved patient access. We appreciate your patience during the transition and we thank you for embracing the online consultation tool. The information you provide has transformed our ability to triage and, therefore, deal with all urgent issues on the day. The wait time for a routine appointment has also improved considerably.

• Pharmacy First allows you to be assessed by our excellent local pharmacies who can issue antibiotics for many minor ailments such as throat and ear infections and UTIs 
• Get U Better App has been expertly designed to help you manage musculoskeletal problems 

Please also remember that besides GPs and Nurses, our Practice now has many skilled professionals. When you contact us, we might suggest you see another Healthcare Professional for your care. This could be a Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, Advanced Clinical Practitioner, Paramedic, or Social Prescriber
