Practice Administrator

We have a new opportunity for an Administrator role at the Practice

Role Description:

This is a part time or full-time hybrid role for an Administrator. The Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks and general office support, including managing patient records, tasks and emails, scheduling appointments, handling insurance claims, reports and referrals, Docman workflow. This role is located in Old Coulsdon with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in office administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of medical terminology desirable
  • Excellent customer service experience
