Register With The Practice?

If you have recently moved into the area, it is wise to register the whole family with a new doctor as soon as possible. All you need to do is drop into the surgery between 1.00 - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday and ask to register.

If your address is within our catchment area you will be registered with whichever doctor who is taking on patients at the time of registering. Please bring your medical card with you if you have it, along with photo ID eg. passport or driver's license and a utility bill showing your current address.

How Do I....
Change My Details?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you change your address or telephone number. Please ensure we have a contact telephone number for you both a landline and mobile if you have one. Should you change your mobile number please advise us immediately.

If you move out of the area you will need to register with a new doctor straightaway and not wait until you become ill.
